Do I need to leave my house prior to service?

Usually no. Most commonly used chemicals are safe. Some chemicals may have an odor. Therefore, it is up to you if you want to leave until chemical dries, which would be around half an hour. It is always recommended to keep children and pets away from fresh spray until dry.

Is the chemical going to hurt my pets?

No, again it is always recommended to keep pets off until dry. Any rodenticide is kept in lock and key bait stations to prevent children and pets from coming in contact with it.

Do I need to spray inside of my house?

Depending on the level of infestation and type of pests. For regular seasonal treatments (spiders, box elders, cluster flies, crickets, asian lady beetles) interior spraying is usually the call of the owner.

What if it rains right after my spray?

With most chemicals as long as they dry before it rains there will be a minimal affect.

If I am not home, what can I do to let the technician in?

This can be dealt with on a case by case basis. We can either get a key, code, etc. All information will remain confidential.

What is the minimum I should do to prevent common pests?

Make sure all cracks, crevices, and holes are sealed up.

What is the common time frame for the spring spray?

May-June in South Dakota and Wyoming.

What is the common time frame for the fall spray?

Typically September, sometimes going into early October.

If I have a mouse in my house, what should I do?
